The 5mm aluminium core is encapsulated by an 18/10 stainless steel protective layer and 18/10 stainless steel mirror shined body that will not pit or corrode. The ergonomic stainless-steel handle has silicone moulding for a comfortable grip and safe use. It is also oven safe to 180° and dishwasher friendly for added convenience.
